We identify, train, and empower leaders in the intervened communities to become health promoters, who develop clinical skills to offer primary care and chronic care services to thousands of people living with diabetes, hypertension, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, HIV, and other diseases such as tropical diseases (cholera, dengue, chinkunkunya, and others). From mobile clinics, medical operations, home visits, counseling and emotional support, educational workshops and talks, vaccination days, and humanitarian support.
