Community Health Workers Program

We identify, train, and empower leaders in the communities we serve to become health promoters. These individuals develop clinical skills to provide primary and chronic care services to thousands of people living with diabetes, hypertension, respiratory diseases, cardiovascular diseases, HIV, and tropical diseases such as cholera, dengue, and chikungunya. Our services include mobile clinics, medical operations, home visits, counseling and emotional support, educational workshops and talks, vaccination days, and humanitarian aid.
