Charlenis Mondesir has joined the HHI team as the Program Assistant for the Referral Program. She brings valuable experience in community health, with a focus on improving healthcare access for underserved populations in rural areas of the Dominican Republic.

In her role, Charlenis supports the Referral Program by coordinating patient referrals, managing follow-ups, and maintaining effective communication between patients, healthcare providers, and the HHI team. Her strong organizational skills and dedication ensure the program operates efficiently and connect patients with the specialized care they need.

Charlenis has extensive experience in community health outreach and a solid understanding of healthcare systems. She approaches her work with thoughtfulness and collaboration, enabling her to address patient needs effectively and build positive relationships with them.

Her contributions will strengthen HHI’s Referral Program and advance its mission to enhance healthcare access for underserved communities in the Dominican Republic.
